The operating system and network for vehicle software services.

Remapdb brings customer demand in. RemapGrid is being built to run the work behind each request. The Grid is the planned connection layer that lets independent providers move work across companies and time zones.

02Software-defined vehicles

Modern vehicles are software systems on wheels.

Every modern vehicle leaves the factory with calibrated software controlling its powertrain, transmission, diagnostics, safety and comfort systems. The specialist aftermarket changes, repairs and optimizes a subset of those files throughout the vehicle's life.

Up to 150control units in some premium vehicles - each relying on software and electronic logic.

03Market scale

A vast installed fleet is becoming more software-dependent.

Remapdb serves a focused B2B software layer inside a much larger vehicle, aftermarket and electronics economy. These figures establish the surrounding demand—not our direct addressable market.

Investor-safe boundary: no reliable public global count exists for aftermarket ECU / TCU calibration jobs or specialist firms. These are market-context figures, not a claimed TAM.

04Industry fragmentation

A specialist trade still coordinates work across disconnected tools.

A customer may see one professional website. Behind it, a file job can move through vehicle databases, email, messaging, spreadsheets, transfer links, specialist software and separate payment systems.

One operator manually connects eight tools across discovery, communication, operations and fulfilment.

Specialist products already exist. The opportunity is a shared operating and exchange rail between independent businesses.

05How the work moves

The customer sees one service. Three businesses may touch the file.

The workshop owns the customer relationship. A specialist provider supplies the calibration expertise. Files, money and status updates must travel safely in both directions.

Today, every handoff can create delay, repeated data entry and lost context.

06Remapdb

Remapdb starts with the vehicle and the customer request.

It gives vehicle-software businesses maintained vehicle data and a website tool that turns customer searches into structured quote requests.

07Early proof

Early paid pull—not yet product-market fit.

Remapdb is approximately 1.5 months into market presence. This snapshot is too early to prove retention or repeatability, but it shows that professionals can discover, activate and pay without paid acquisition.

08Expansion thesis

The quote is only the beginning.

The daily operation is the larger opportunity.

After a customer says yes, the business still has to receive the original file, check the vehicle, assign a specialist, manage revisions, communicate, deliver, charge and preserve the history.

RemapGrid is being built to own that operational layer. Customer validation is the next proof—not a claim already completed.

09RemapGrid

RemapGrid brings every file request into one workspace.

One place to receive jobs, manage staff and providers, track files and revisions, communicate with dealers, settle payments and keep an auditable history.

10Close the loop

One portal from customer request to delivered file.

Remapdb captures the vehicle, customer intent and quote request. RemapGrid is designed to carry the approved job through production, delivery and settlement. One shared record removes repeated entry at every handoff.

11The Grid

Every RemapGrid portal can become a node in the Grid.

A business can activate provider status, publish its capabilities and accept work from approved portals. Workshops and providers connect through shared rules while keeping their own customers, pricing and brand.

Vision

Each portal stays independent and keeps its customers, pricing and final delivery. The Grid connects trusted capacity between them.

11 / 15
12Controlled coverage

When one provider is closed or at capacity, another can fulfil the job.

The originating provider can forward a request manually—or route it automatically by capability, availability and commercial terms. Approved providers in other time zones create follow-the-sun capacity.

Vision

The Grid routes approved work. The local team controls delivery, and the dealer keeps one trusted relationship.

12 / 15
13Consolidation strategy

Do not replace independent specialists. Connect them through one standard.

RemapGrid is planned as software infrastructure, not a marketplace: it governs the trusted network while providers keep their customers and own each transaction.

Planned

A common operating standard and recurring software revenue—without becoming the merchant of record.

14Go-to-market

Enter through demand. Expand through operations. Grow through invitations.

The first six weeks suggest Remapdb can attract businesses searching for vehicle data and conversion tools. RemapGrid must now earn daily workflow usage—and give each account a reason to invite the dealers and providers it already trades with.

15The opportunity

One operating system.
One connected provider network.

Remapdb creates the entry point. RemapGrid is designed to close the workflow. The planned Grid can connect independent businesses through a trusted, always-available provider layer.

THE INVESTMENT THESIS
01

Large, fragmented category + demand wedge — a live entry product with early organic adoption and first recurring revenue

02

Workflow expansion — RemapGrid is designed to run the work behind every approved request

03

Planned network expansion — cross-company exchange and capacity routing across independent providers
